SUMMER & FALL 2026 SCHEDULE
MONDAY
Sculpt & Stretch
8:15 AM (duration: 75 minutes)
This group fitness class provides sculpting exercises using various sized weights combined with floor exercises that focus primarily on the core. Body-weight training exercises are incorporated, as are exercises that combine lighter weights with flex bands in order to increase the resistance possibilities.
Please note new class time begins August 31, 2026.
Gyrokinesis (begins September 14, 2026)
9:05 AM (duration: 45 minutes)
This 45-minute class will focus on seated exercises that flow continuously and focus on pelvis and torso mobility. Movements of the spine include arching, curling, spiraling, side-bends, and circular patterns. Specific breathing patterns that stimulate the nervous system will be introduced. Participants will perform all of the exercises seated on a stool and will finish the session with a standing sequence to find balance and alignment. No prior experience is necessary and the class is appropriate for all levels of fitness. It is especially beneficial for those with sedentary jobs or for anyone whose lifestyle includes prolonged periods of inactivity.
TUESDAY
Pilates on the Ball (*Beginning Level class also available as a 30 minute Video-on-Demand)
7:15 AM (duration: 45-minutes)
Change your routine and get better results! We will combine light hand weights with exercises on the ball that provide a well-rounded workout including spinal extension, flexion, and rotation, all while balancing on the stability ball. This is a fun and challenging workout for the whole body. This class will use the following props: stability ball, light hand weights, and a mat. For some exercises we will place the ball close to a wall and you will need to place the feet against the baseboard, so please clear the space for your workout with this in mind.
Cardiovascular Breathing, Progression 1 & 2 (On Hiatus)
12:05 (duration: 55 minutes)
The GYROKINESIS® Cardiovascular Breathing Program, developed by Juliu Horvath, offers a path to respiratory health in uniquely designed progressions that allow individuals to stay in their comfort zone while expanding their functional range with a sense of ease. In Progression 1 students learn the fundamentals of the movement and breathing patterns. All circulatory systems of the human body are stimulated systematically. The total functioning of the whole depends on the preparation. The Progression 2 Course is an in-depth re-experience of progression 1 and introduces additional breathing and movement sequences. The additional sequences enhance the stimulation of the circulatory system related to the heart and lungs.

Make this part of your lunch break if you want to attend the session when it is being recorded!
THURSDAY
MORNING MEND (through August 2026)
9:00 AM (duration: 45 minutes)
ZEN*GA® workouts are functional, combining strength, endurance, flexibility and dynamic stability of the entire body. Mindful movement stimulates the neuromyofascial web of the body and may contribute to hydration of the myofascial meridians. This 45-minute class will be movement oriented with principles of focused breathing covered more thoroughly in the first week each month. The intention of the class is to progress each week, both reviewing past material as well as layering in new and increasingly challenging material. The class will incorporate some standing Yoga exercises and seated GYROKINESIS® stool work. Equipment includes a Pilates or yoga mat, yoga block, mini stability balls of various sizes up to 12”, flex band, and optionally a yoga strap.
Please note new class time begins September 3, 2026.
