Summer 2026

Did you miss “Best of the Best”?

No worries! It’s now available as a $20 download. Contact me for your link!

What is it?

This one hour session focuses on every area of the body, from toe to head, and discusses some essential exercises that provide focus, flow, form, flexibility and balance. I discuss and share exercises from six specific classes that together provide a well-rounded approach to staying strong, flexible, engaged and motivated.

Here’s an example of my philosophy concerning one of my favorites classes: Barre

What I love about Barre is the focus on postural alignment while utilizing Pilates principles.  This opportunity also provides a focus on balance and specifically (and importantly) the articulation of the feet.  As we age, balance becomes a crucial area for attention — our ability to flex the feet becomes more compromised — which is part of the problem.  Working through the full range of motion for the feet keeps us young; plies and squats keep us strong.  Barre class offers both and is one of the best ways that you can spend an hour during the week. Plus, the music is motivating!

Taught Sundays; recordings available for monthly rental.

Fall 2026 - Integrated Movement, San Luis Obispo

I will be heading up north once again at the end of summer to spend the fall in San Luis Obispo working at Integrated Movement. There will be a few class changes - as well as a few new classes added to the line up.

RE-FORMATEDONLINE CLASS — SCULPT & STRETCH LITE

begins Wednesday, September 2

Duration: 45-minutes, 10:05-9:50 AM

$12 single session.

The class does not have a lengthy floor section, but will include at least one exercise with weights on the mat and a final stretch. The class has been reorganized so that the section in which we lift slightly heavier weights will follow our work with lighter weights.  Two recorded sessions will be available for participants who want a longer workout than the 30-minute Pilates Sculpt Level 2 class.

NEW ONLINE CLASS -- GYROKINESIS

begins Monday, September 14

Duration: 45-minutes, 9:05-9:50 AM

$20 single session; $60.00 for 4-pack of classes

This 45-minute class will focus on seated exercises that flow continuously and focus on pelvis and torso mobility. Movements of the spine include arching, curling, spiraling, side-bends, and circular patterns. Specific breathing patterns that stimulate the nervous system will be introduced. Participants will perform all of the exercises seated on a stool and will finish the session with a standing sequence to find balance and alignment.  No prior experience is necessary and the class is appropriate for all levels of fitness. It is especially beneficial for those with sedentary jobs or for anyone whose lifestyle includes prolonged periods of inactivity.  No recordings.
